Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is looking for a store supervisor to lead the front-end team at Marshalls Store 1291 Celina OH and ensure a premier customer experience in a fast-paced off-price retail environment.

You will train Associates, manage registers and POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and adherence to labor laws. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Ability to train others
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
