Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing directions or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads front-of-store activities.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages POS coverage, coordinates breaks, and ensures store plan adherence.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a safe environment.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and program initiatives.
