Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and manages POS coverage
• Trains and mentors staff on front-end principles
• Promotes loyalty programs and resolves customer concerns promptly
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety
• Supports store goals and communicates priorities to the team
• Addresses issues and provides feedback to improve performance
