• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Willingness to train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Experience in merchandising concepts and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles
• Coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs
• Manages registers, POS coverage, and breaks for Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and Associates
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on training needs
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
