Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a front-end leader to supervise store Associates, drive exceptional customer service, and promote loyalty programs.

You will lead by example, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage to ensure smooth store operations. You will engage customers, maintain a clean store, and partner with management on training and priorities, while supporting safety and loss prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising understanding.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and lead a small team.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of associates at the front of store to deliver prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Promote a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor front-end associates on policies and customer service.
• Coordinate breaks and POS coverage for all associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and communicate priorities to management.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and adherence to policies.
