Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Davenport IA store is seeking a Front End Leader responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store.

You’ll lead by example and ensure a positive, organized environment for customers and colleagues. Key duties include supervising register coverage, coaching on loyalty programs, training new Associates, maintaining store standards, and upholding safety and labor policies while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer service and merchandising.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive store environment.
• Ensures adherence to store policies and safety guidelines.
