As a mentor and trainer, you will support scheduling, accuracy in POS operations, and adherence to policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a proactive approach to store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking and meeting priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of store.
• Lead by example with courteous service and loyalty programs promotion.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and POS coverage.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage coverage needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and the team.
