Responsibilities

• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and communicate priorities to staff.
• Provide feedback and recognition to Associates; support training needs.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies; promote safety and shrink reduction.
