Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience in a Bedford, MA store. You will lead a team of associates, manage POS coverage, and train staff on front-end practices while promoting loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working under supervision.
• Ability to train others and lead front-end operations.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques a plus.
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
