Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end team leader at our Bel Air, MD store to deliver outstanding customer service, supervise associates, and promote loyalty programs.

You will train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and maintain store standards while supporting flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong merchandising and communication skills to drive a positive shopping

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front of store associates.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Train and mentor associates to improve front end service and loyalty program participation.
