Job summary

Marshalls in Shallotte, NC is seeking a frontline leader to promote an excellent customer experience while guiding a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will model courtesy, manage POS coverage, and train teammates to deliver personalized service and loyalty promotions.

Strong merchandising knowledge, multi-tasking, and clear communication are essential as you balance daily priorities, respond to unexpected situations, and ensure labor policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and ensures courteous service
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Assign registers, coordinate POS coverage, and manage breaks for Associates
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies
