Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Leader for HomeGoods in Elizabethtown, KY to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of front-store Associates. You will model outstanding service, maintain a clean, organized store, and promote loyalty programs.

You will train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies, while supporting a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to promote customer experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with peers and supervisors.
• Team player who can train and mentor others.
• 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and lead front of store team.
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and communicate priorities to the team.
• Train Associates on front-end principles and labor policy compliance.
