The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader at Marshalls in San Antonio to ensure an exceptional customer experience and supervise Associates across the front of the store.

You will model strong service, train staff on loyalty programs, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. You will guide teams, respond to customer concerns quickly, and ensure adherence to store policies and labor laws.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions.
• Experience training or leading others is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations.
• Oversee a team of Associates and ensure courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks; respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and communicate priorities with management.
