The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at our San Antonio Marshalls store. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience, assist shoppers, maintain a clean sales floor, and support credit and loyalty programs while adhering to store standards.

You should be a strong communicator who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The role involves lifting and standing for periods and may include other duties as assigned to help the team succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist customers, promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and organize the sales floor.
• Prepare and stock merchandise for the floor following procedures.
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness, labor policies, and loss-prevention measures.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet store goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
