The role emphasizes training on customer personalization and loyalty programs. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong merchandising knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong customer service and communication skills demonstrated in a retail environment.
• Leadership experience in retail, with the ability to train and mentor associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-store operations to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Train and coach associates on customer experience and store procedures.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and respond to POS coverage needs.
• Promote safety, store policies, and shrink reduction programs.
• Communicate priorities to management and staff and provide progress updates.
