Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Las Cruces, NM. The role serves as the first point of contact, greeting customers and supporting store operations through in-person, phone, and email interactions.

You will process sales orders, manage customer accounts, assist with financing, and follow cash-handling procedures under Office Manager supervision. Team collaboration is essential for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening/closing responsibilities.
