Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Las Cruces to transform store guests into loyal customers and create inspiring, enthusiastic experiences around our home furnishings. You will guide guests to styles that reflect their lives and help design rooms they will love to live in.

This role suits entrepreneurial, focused, and ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy lifestyle retail environment and who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Thrive in an environment that rewards world-class service and delighting guests.
• Provide outstanding service at the front desk and engage with guests.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently and assist with credit applications and financing as needed.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing activities, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including bi-annual counts.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
