Job summary

Breezeline is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day productivity, standards, and growth of all physical sales venues across the United States, including storefronts, kiosks, and events. You will lead on-site teams to drive revenue, optimize location efficiency, and ensure a superior customer journey aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.

Qualifications

• College diploma/ University degree in Business/Management/Merchandising or the equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of management experience.
• Industry-specific background and thorough understanding.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue, hit KPIs, and maximize conversion across all physical footprints (Kiosks, Stores, Events).
• Provide ongoing leadership, daily coaching, and performance management for onsite supervisors and field agents.
• Identify foot-traffic trends and consumer behavior to drive proactive sales tactics.
• Collaborate with vendors, venue management, and cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Direct visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and high-impact displays.
• Oversee retail OPEX and drive cost-efficiencies across outlets.
• Track performance and deliver location-level productivity reports.
• Manage retail supplies, uniforms, collateral, kiosk fixtures, and stock levels.
• Support marketing with local promotions and event tactics.
• Ensure safety standards and adaptable schedules for weekdays/weekends.
