Job summary

The Brobston Group seeks a Manager, Retail Operations to oversee daily retail operations across the regional store network and ensure compliance with in-store processes. The role also leads store development projects across the Americas and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include managing openings, renovations, relocations, and improving opening procedures, communications, and system enhancements while maintaining budget accountability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-store retail.
• Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional stakeholders, milestones, and budget accountability.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations and maintain current knowledge of in-store processes, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Project-manage new store openings, renovations, and relocations, coordinating timelines and activities with corporate partners and retail teams.
• Develop and improve store opening processes, procedures, checklists, and communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements, user guides, and system enhancements.
• Manage communications for recurring activities, system updates, and project work.
