Motive is seeking an energetic Assistant Market Manager to lead a multi-week retail engagement program in Charlotte, NC. You will support the Market Manager, coach Field Specialists, and ensure on-site operations meet brand and regulatory standards.

Competenze

1-3 years in field marketing, brand activation, or similar roles.
Supervisory experience with team development and coaching.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to learn and explain detailed product information.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Must be 25+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
In-market travel within a 40-mile radius.
