• College diploma/ University degree in Business/Management/Merchandising or the equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of management experience in a retail or field sales environment.
• Industry specifics with understanding of retail operations and merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Holds full accountability for generating revenue, hitting KPIs, and maximizing conversions across all footprints.
• Leads onsite supervisors and retail field agents with daily coaching and performance management.
• Analyzes foot-traffic and consumer behavior to inform proactive strategies.
• Collaborates with vendors, venue management, and cross-functional teams to streamline ops.
• Directs visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and impact across locations.
• Oversees OPEX and drives cost-efficiencies across outlets.
• Establishes tracking frameworks and reports location-level performance.
• Manages retail supplies, stock levels, and promotional collateral.
• Supports digital tools, POS systems, and field resources for better customer interactions.
• Coordinates with marketing for local promos and event tactics.
