Aramark is seeking a dining operations manager responsible for developing and executing dining solutions that meet customer tastes. You will oversee and manage dine-in operations where customers order from a menu, ensuring safety, sanitation and profitability.

The role emphasizes coaching, team leadership, and maintaining client relationships while delivering financial targets and operational excellence across Front of House services.

Qualifikationen

• Requires at least 4 years of experience
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role
• Previous experience in retail required
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model

• Manages Front of House dining operations

• Maintains cross-department relationships to unify the retail experience
