Job summary

The incumbent will oversee daily briefings, manage labor and food cost initiatives, and coordinate with the Food Service Director to deliver a superior dining experience for customers and clients alike.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutual business benefits.
• Excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.
• Collaborative with other departments to deliver a unified dining experience.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb. and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining teams using Aramark's coaching model.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality across operations.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress and results.
• Manage P&L statements and pursue financial targets.
• Control costs and drive margin improvement through processes.
