Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations, develop and implement dining solutions, and manage a team to deliver high-quality meals and service. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and coordinate with the Food Service Director to meet client expectations.

This role requires at least 1 year in a management position and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a food service/management setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and staff relations.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using standard service model.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Use Aramark coaching to engage and develop team members.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress to the client.
• Deliver client and company financial targets and maintain P&L awareness.
• Lead front-of-house operations and supervise production, quality and control.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and regulations.
