Job summary

Euro USA is seeking a Retail and Food Service Account Sales Representative to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships in an assigned territory. You will develop business, provide outstanding service, and reinforce sales management practices to drive sales and profit.

Key duties include analyzing market data, expanding the client base, presenting tailored product solutions, and delivering sales proposals while managing pricing and contracts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability to travel to customer sites.
• Experience in the specialty food industry with a proven track record of prospecting and acquiring new business.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage accounts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify potential sales of our specialty foods and provide information as needed to supervisor.
• Establish and expand the client base in the assigned territory based on customer demographics, preferences, and needs.
• Determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including product demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, maintain customer pricing, and update contracts as required.
• Meet and report on sales goals, providing weekly activity and progress to the VP of Sales.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on past-due accounts to prevent delinquencies beyond 60 days.
• Promote company capabilities, promotions, and programs to customers; attend sales meetings and update stakeholders.
