Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager in daily unit operations, staff oversight, inventory control, and cash handling.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while guiding a team to achieve financial goals and uphold company initiatives. The position involves supervising retail staff, managing scheduling, and training hourly team members, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader; problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively helps customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times and handle complaints per customer service standards.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of retail area and cashier stations to ensure quality.
• Complete sales in POS accurately, efficiently, and friendly; assist clerks.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review, and direct staff; train hourly staff.
• Maintain safe facility environment and report safety or quality issues to management.
• Assist inventory procedures and receive/stock merchandise; set displays.
• Perform opening and/or closing procedures.
• Assist Retail Manager with Summer Adventure Operations and other duties as assigned.
