Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle complaints per customer service standards.
• Monitor and supervise setup, display, and cashier stations for quality.
• Process sales in POS accurately and help clerks when needed.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, and direct unit staff; train hourly staff for peak performance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and inventory controls; report safety issues to manager.
• Assist with inventory procedures and stock organization.
