Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. seeks a Retail Supervisor to oversee store floor operations and serve as Supervisor in Charge when needed. You will ensure outstanding guest and donor service, follow ESGW policies, and flexibly work weekends/evenings.

Cross-training across all retail areas is required, with the ability to adapt to donation flow shifts while maintaining high service standards and store effectiveness. Strong interpersonal and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work with people with disabilities preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Background check required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Retail Sales Floor activities to meet goals and may act as Supervisor in Charge.
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service and enforce ESGW policies.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill operations and move between priorities as needed.
