Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Supervisor in Charge to oversee guest and donor service, and supervise retail and production duties to meet daily goals.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and includes cross-training across departments. You will enforce cash handling procedures, assist with store compliance, and support inventory control while delivering strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Standing, stooping, bending, or carrying for extended periods; ability to lift 20–100 pounds.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently within the facility.
• Background check required; prior convictions not an automatic bar.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of guest and donor service and assist with supervising retail/production activities.
• Demonstrate superior guest service by handling transactions promptly and resolving complaints.
• Enforce cash handling procedures and correct errors per policy.
• Greet guests within 10 feet and maintain guest service standards.
• Assist with inventory control and stock rotation; manage product receiving.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting and assist with action plans.
