Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks a Supervisor in Charge to ensure high levels of guest and donor service across the facility. You may supervise retail and production activities to meet goals, enforce ESGW policies, and assist with staff meetings and action plans.

This role requires availability evenings and weekends and physical stamina for routine lifting and movement. You will contribute to accurate reporting, cash handling, stock rotation, and adherence to best practices

Qualifications

• High School/Equivalent.
• 0-2 years previous experience.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend or carry for extended periods; lifting 20–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• May assist with staff meetings that improve communication, such as daily tool box talks and monthly department meetings.
• Demonstrate superior guest service by handling guest transactions in a timely and courteous manner, and resolving complaints with urgency.
• Ensure cash register, transaction, and cash handling procedures are followed and correct errors per procedures.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within 10 feet.
• Complete or delegate tasks to maintain guest service standards in-store.
• Assist in follow-up of Store Visit Reports and action plans.
• Assist in inventory control with rack rolling, maintenance, and stock rotation.
• Assist with management of newly purchased products for best possible return.
• Ensure retail display standards are met.
• Complete administrative tasks including reporting, opening/closing procedures, cash management, and stock on hand reporting.
