Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Supervisor to oversee retail floor operations and ensure guest and donor service excellence. This role may act as Supervisor in Charge, enforcing ESGW policies and driving best practices.

The position requires cross-training across all retail functions and flexibility for weekends and evenings. The ideal candidate will handle dynamic donation flow, maintain high service standards, and move between priorities as needed within a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Supervises Retail Sales Floor activities to meet goals.
• May serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed uniformly.
