Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor in Charge to support production, retail, and Donation Door operations.

The role may serve as Supervisor in Charge for the facility, ensuring high levels of guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies. The position requires cross-training across all areas, willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to adapt to changing donation flow and processing demands.

Qualifications

• Must cross-train and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and/or Donation Door operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Donation Door operations and supports retail, production, and donation flow.
• Provides coaching to staff and ensures adherence to Goodwill policies and Best Practices.
• Responds to changing priorities with initiative and flexibility.
