Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. seeks a flexible supervisor to support production, retail and donation door operations. You may serve as Supervisor in Charge and ensure guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies and best practices. Cross-training across all areas is required.

You will respond to changing daily needs, supervise donation door activities, and work evenings and weekends as needed. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Cross-train across retail, production and Donation Door operations.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Develops a superior workforce through coaching conversations and timely feedback.
• Motivates and engages the team by setting the example.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to production, retail and donation door operations.
• Occasionally act as Supervisor in Charge of the facility.
• Enforce Easterseals-Goodwill policies and Best Practices.
• Move between assignments as priorities change and share cross-training duties.
