Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Store Supervisor in Logan, UT to oversee Retail Sales Floor activities and, at times, serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility. You will ensure high levels of guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies and best practices.

Cross-training across all Goodwill operations is required, and the role demands flexible hours including weekends and evenings, with potential shifts longer than 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Must read, write and speak the English language in order to communicate with staff and guests.
• Background check required; past convictions do not automatically bar employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Sales Floor activities to meet goals.
• Occasionally serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility.
• Ensure a high level of guest and donor service.
• Enforce Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• May work more than 40 hours per week.
