Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee the Sales Floor and ensure goals are met. The role may act as Supervisor in Charge and focuses on delivering exceptional guest and donor service in a dynamic store environment.

Candidates must be able to work weekends/evenings, be cross-trained, and follow all ESGW policies. The position requires strong teamwork, computer fluency, and the ability to adapt to shifting donations and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work with people with disabilities preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and various software applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Sales Floor activities to meet goals.
• Serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility when needed.
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service.
• Cross-training in all aspects of Goodwill operations.
• Move between assignments as priorities change and adapt to scheduling.
• Enforce Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures uniformly.
