Easterseals‑Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. seeks a supervisor to oversee retail floor activities, ensuring goals are met and guests and donors receive excellent service.

The role may act as Supervisor in Charge of the facility and requires cross-training across all Goodwill operations, with flexibility for weekends and evenings. Candidates should be able to work with diverse populations, have strong English communication skills, and be comfortable with computer software.

Qualifications

• Must be sensitive to guest needs and be able to communicate in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must be competent with computers and various software applications.
• Background check required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Sales Floor activities to meet goals.
• May serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility.
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill operations.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Cross-train and assist in all retail operations.
