Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks a supervisory candidate to oversee Retail Sales Floor operations and ensure goals are met. The role may act as Supervisor in Charge, enforcing policies and providing excellent guest and donor service.

The ideal candidate supports cross-training across all Goodwill areas, adheres to Best Practices, and works flexible hours including weekends and evenings. Prior retail experience is valued, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of retail or related experience.
• Sensitivity to guest needs; ability to work with people with disabilities preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be competent with internet use and various software applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• All positions require background check; past convictions do not automatically bar employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Sales Floor activities to ensure goals are met.
• Serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility when needed.
• Ensure Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill and assist in all retail operations.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
