Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee floor operations, serve as Supervisor in Charge when needed, and ensure guest and donor service standards. You will cross-train across all retail functions and support flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, adapting to donation flow, and assisting in all aspects of retail operations to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to interact effectively with people with disabilities or other needs.
• Must be comfortable using computers and a range of software applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Retail Sales Floor activities to meet goals.
• Acts as Supervisor in Charge when needed for the facility.
• Ensures adherence to Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Cross-trains in all aspects of Goodwill operations.
• Supports flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
