Easterseals-Goodwill seeks a Retail Supervisor to oversee store floor activities, ensuring guest satisfaction and achievement of goals. The role may temporarily assume Supervisor in Charge duties and requires cross-training across all aspects of store operations.

The position emphasizes policy adherence, flexible hours including weekends and evenings, and collaboration with diverse teams to move donations efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be sensitive to guest needs and requests.
• Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs.
• Must have computer experience and be competent with internet use and common software applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must read, write, and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• All positions require successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Retail Sales Floor activities to ensure goals are met.
• May serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility as needed.
• Cross-trains staff in all aspects of Goodwill operations.
• Ensure adherence to Easterseals-Goodwill policies and Best Practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; respond to changing priorities.
