Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and help meet store goals. You will occasionally act as Supervisor in Charge, ensuring high guest and donor service and enforcing ESGW policies.

Responsibilities include cross-training team members, adapting to donations flow, and moving between assignments as priorities change. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required to support-service delivery.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or related field
• Background check required
• Ability to work weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Sales Floor activities to help meet goals
• May serve as Supervisor in Charge for the facility
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service and enforce ESGW policies
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill operations and move between assignments as priorities change
