Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in retail store management.
• 2 years’ experience in a client services related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Instill a sales and service focus to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with clients and develop a clientele base.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel fit and fabric.
• Assist in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Participate in store events and client retention activities.
• Provide mentorship to part-time associates.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Proficient in point-of-sale systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage and mentor a team

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
