TravisMathew, LLC, a premium apparel brand, is seeking a retail manager to drive sales and exceptional customer service in our stores. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of retail management experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing team performance, maintaining product knowledge, and enhancing the customer experience.

Compensation is between $20.00 to $22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience. We invite driven individuals to join our dynamic team.

Formación

• 1-3 years’ experience in retail store management.
• 2 years’ experience in a client services related capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Instill a sales and service focus to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with clients and develop a clientele base.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel fit and fabric.
• Assist in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Participate in store events and client retention activities.
• Provide mentorship to part-time associates.

Conocimientos

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Proficient in point-of-sale systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage and mentor a team

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
