• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel fit, fabric, and use.
• Create effective product and visual merchandising.
• Participate in store events and CRM activities.
• Provide mentorship to part-time and seasonal associates.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage and mentor a team

Experience with back office operations management

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Education
