Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in Key Holder/Shift Leader/retail supervision is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide expert product advice to ensure a great fit and experience.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Mentor team members and develop their skills in customer service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Coordinate stock and inventory with store management.
• Resolve in-store challenges to maintain a smooth shopping experience.
