Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal ways.
• Previous experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
