JCPenney in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to drive customer service and profitable sales growth. You will lead associates, maintain merchandise standards, and execute store programs across omnichannel initiatives.

You will train and develop team members, manage scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining Shrink and safety goals. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising sales staff in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus with issue resolution skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates and lead by example.
• Experience driving merchandise standards and in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Manages merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual processes.
• Trains, mentors and coaches all associates on omnichannel processes (pickup, delivery, returns).
• Leads specialty business training for Fine Jewelry, Mattress, and Window departments.
• Partners to source and hire store talent for hourly positions and supports performance coaching.
• Meets established performance standards including shrink, safety, and productivity.
