Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering Vuori's brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude. The Floor Lead will supervise the floor and assist Store Manager with leadership duties.

You will train the team, maintain visual merchandising, prepare fitting rooms, build relationships with customers, share product details, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new procedures quickly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Drive store operations, supervision on the floor in absence of Store/Assistant Store Manager, and maintain visual merchandising.
