Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Retail Key Holder in Houston, TX to lead on the sales floor and ensure a positive customer experience. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and embody Rhone’s values of grit, responsibility, excellence, authenticity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include coaching peers, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting shipping/receiving per company policies. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture on the sales floor.
• Gather feedback from customers and team members to report to store management.
