• Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team to report to store management.
• Deliver results while putting the customer first with an omni-channel mindset.
• Build relationships with customers, team, and business partners.
• Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits.
• Assess the customer’s needs providing product recommendations.
• Maintain presentation of the sales floor, signage, and displays.
• Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving are processed.
• Maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
• Take initiative by jumping in on any task and sharing ideas.
