Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and model exceptional customer experiences. You lead operations, coach team members in selling behaviors, and help build an inclusive, high-performing store culture.

You will manage daily tasks, zone leadership as Sales Floor Captain when assigned, monitor KPIs, restocks, and stock availability while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus on team collaboration and customer connection.
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset on the floor.
• Serve as Sales Floor Captain, driving performance through coaching.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and cleanliness.
• Coach team on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments for the team.
• Assist onboarding and reinforce brand standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches/restocks.
• Partner with leaders to monitor KPIs and drive results.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and speed.
• Support daily action plans and shift recaps with leadership.
