SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily results on the sales floor, acting as a role model for customer experiences and a cohesive, inclusive team environment.

You will coach team members, manage daily operations, maintain product knowledge, and support store KPIs while upholding SKIMS standards and policies. This role requires physical readiness and a flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusive culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for the full shift.
